Water Rescue Training 2006

Arkansas ESAR trains for surface water rescue yearly.  Our members receive training in Basic Water Rescue Awareness and the use of various water rescue techniques and tools.  These pictures are from our most recent session where our members are practicing patient packaging and then learning how to use these skills in-water.
